Anti-static straight floor
Anti-static straight floor is generally divided into anti-static porcelain floor / anti-static polished brick and anti-static PVC floor.
(1), anti-static porcelain floor / anti-static polished brick
On the basis of the ordinary tile making process, the antistatic powder is physically modified during the burning process, so the antistatic property is stable, and the resistance value is between 10 and 5 to 9 ohms. And the construction is convenient, ordinary mud workers can shop. Adding aluminum foil or copper tape under the floor can better enhance conductivity. Its advantages are stable anti-static performance, environmental protection (belonging to green building materials), wear resistance (0.1g/1000 rpm), anti-aging, long service life (more than 30 years), Class A fire protection, easy to clean (can use no dripping The mop is directly cleaned, and the acid and alkali resistance are all grade A. As long as the paving is not strong, the carrying capacity is very strong (one square to two tons), and it can be used in the UPS room and the upper wiring place. Due to its comprehensive performance, it is becoming more and more popular in the market.
(2), anti-static PVC floor
It is made of sheet (usually 600×600mm) or coiled directly, and the installation speed is fast (but it needs to be installed by professional installers). The anti-static performance is relatively stable, but it is easy to age, not resistant to dirt and difficult to clean.
